It is stated on behalf of the respondent that notice was ordered in the application seeking to condone the delay in filing the Writ Appeal. It is also stated that notice had been served on the writ petitioner herein/respondent in the said condone delay application.

2. In view of the same, this contempt petition stands closed, however, giving liberty to the petitioner herein to file a fresh contempt petition depending on the nature of further orders to be passed by the Division Bench.
