None appears for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner was given time to file an affidavit to contest the status report earlier filed by learned State Government Pleader stating that encroachments have been removed. However, no affidavit has been filed and today, none appears for the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further order is required in this writ petition, as the encroachments have been removed as per the status report.
