This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10177 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Inspector of Police, Krishnagiri Town Police Station everyday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every alternate days at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
