This suit has been filed for partition.

The plaintiffs are the brothers. The first defendant is the sister of the plaintiffs. The second and third defendants are the children of the first defendant. The fourth to seventh defendants are surviving legal heirs of the pre-deceased plaintiffs' sister.

The assets for which partition is sought for are all located within the jurisdiction of this Court. Excepting for the fourth to seventh defendants, the remaining defendants as well as the plaintiffs are also residing only within the jurisdiction of this Court. In such circumstances, leave has been sought for by the plaintiffs to sue the defendants 4 to 7 before this Court.

This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application seeking grant of leave to sue the defendants 4 to 7 before this Court.
