Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/landlord submitted that the petitioner/tenant has not vacated and handed over the petition premises as directed by this Court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/tenant submitted that the petitioner/tenant will vacate and handover possession of the petition premises to the respondents/landlord on or before 09.01.2020. The said statement is recorded.
