(made by N.SENTHILKUMAR, J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenue Pricilla. The detenue is aged about 21 years. The contention of her mother is that the detenue was found missing and a complaint was preferred before the 2nd respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.188 of 2025 as 'woman missing' on 16.06.2025.

2. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor files a Status Report of the Inspector of Police, Kolathur Police Station, namely the 2nd respondent herein, wherein he states that the respondent police had secured the detenue and the third respondent. Accordingly, the detenue and the third respondent are present in court. The petitioner is also present in court.

3. The detenue is major and states that she is in love with the third respondent and she has married the third respondent. As both of them are majors, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this habeas corpus petition. Accordingly, the habeas corpus petition is closed. Let the detenue be set at liberty.
