This Petition has been filed to bring the respondents 11 to 13 who are the legal representatives of deceased third respondents, and rank them as respondents 11 to 13 in the above said appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsels on both side, this petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title with regard to the appellant 11 to 13, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case on 04.09.2023.
