O.P.No. 595 of 2010 O.P.No. 595 of 2010 M.M.SUNDRESH., J This matter is listed today under the caption 'Being spoken to' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order passed by this Court dated 29.01.2018, instead of allowing the original petition it has been typed as dismissed. Accordingly para 5 of the order shall be deleted and the same shall be read as follows; "Accordingly, the award passed by the tribunal on 15.12.2008 is set aside and this Original Petition stands allowed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to initiate fresh aribitral proceedings, if so advised. No costs."

All other observations made in the said order shall remain intact. 08.10.2020 ak Note : Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
