On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.2691 of 2017 on 12.11.2017 under Section 302 IPC against one Asha. While so, the petitioner has filed the present petition for a direction to the respondent police to include one Dharmalingam as coaccused. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.

3.In the considered opinion of this Court, no such directions can be issued to the Police, in exercise of powers under Section 482 Cr.P.C. It is for the Police to proceed with the investigation under Chapter XII of Cr.P.C. and file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

final report against the persons, whose involvement comes to light. In such view of the matter, this petition is devoid of merits and dismissed.
