Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Two suits are pending in the Court of District Munsif, Krishnagiri and one suit is pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Krishnagiri. The petitioner seeks the transfer of the suits pending before the Court of District Munsif, Krishnagiri to the Court of Principal Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri.

3. This Court feels that the question of such transfer can be conveniently dealt with by the District Court. Hence, this petition is dismissed and the petitioner shall be at liberty to move a transfer petition before the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
