This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondents.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that on the complaint given by one Thenmozhi, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.172 of 2018 and the same was closed on 19.06.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even last week, the petitioner was called for enquiry. 5.Recording the same, this Court directs the 2nd respondent Police not to harass the petitioner any further, on the complaint in CSR.No.172 of 2018.
