This petition has been filed to restore the above Criminal Original Petition in Crl.O.P.No. 13515 of 2017 which was dismissed for non prosecution, by an order dated 08.11.2021.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that they were not aware of the case coming up on that day. Therefore, the counsel could not attend the Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and being satisfied with the reason set out in the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

4. Accordingly this petition is allowed and the Crl.O.P.No.13515 of 2017 is directed to be restored to file.
