This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to secure the accused in Crime No.816 of 2018 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The prayer of the petitioner for a direction to the respondent Police to arrest the accused cannot be granted, in the light of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Joginder Kumar Vs State of U.P. reported in 1994 [4] SCC 260. Hence, this petition is closed.
