2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai to expedite the trial in C.C.No.21 of 2020 and complete the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
