This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7 imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.17667 of 2022 dated 28.07.2022.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the "the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.31 of 2022, on or before 05.09.2022 and the other conditions shall remain intact.
