The petitioner has filed a petition to accept the cause title.

2. According to the petitioner, the 7th appellant was minor at the time of filing of the suit and hence he was described as such in certified copies furnished by the Courts below.

According to the petitioner, the 7th appellant has become major now and hence he is shown in his individual capacity without being represented by next friend.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition to accept the cause title is ordered.
