ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. later on it came to be altered for offence under section 306 of IPC in Cr.No.not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused and no criminal case is registered against the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused and no criminal case is registered against the petitioner. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent police and question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner doesn't arise. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy in accordance with law.
