The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.07.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 384, 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 392 read with 394 of IPC in crime No.605 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with some other accused persons entered into the work place of the de-facto complainant, abused him in filthy language, threatened him with dire consequences and robbed a sum of Rs.1,100/- at knife point. Hence, the complaint.

3. There are totally 4 accused, in which the petitioners are arrayed as A1 & A2. They were arrested only on 30.07.2022 and they have committed very serious offence as against the general public.
