Respondent Prayer:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 49 days in preferring the above Criminal Revision Order dated 23.01.2019 made in Crl.Appeal.No.93 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Coimbatore by confirming the Judgment of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level II, Coimbatore passed in STC.No.13 of 2012 on 23.01.2019 pending disposal of the Crl.RC.No. Of 2018.
CRL.RC.No.35635 OF 2018:- This Revision case filed under section 397 r/w 401 of Cr.P.C pleased to set aside the order dated 23.01.2019 made in Crl.Appeal.No.93 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Coimbatore by confirming the judgment of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level II, Coimbatore passed in STC.No.13 of 2012 on 23.01.2019. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the order dated 23.09.2021 and this case listed on this day for reporting compliance and in the presence of Mr.M.Jayakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner, the Court made the following order:- Today, the matter is posted for reporting compliance. 2.This Court, by a conditional order dated 23.09.2021, had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,25,000/- to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
credit of S.T.C.No.13 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level-II, Coimbatore on or before 20.10.2021 and also directed to file proof for the same before the Registry today.
3. It is seen that the petitioner has not complied with the order of this Court dated 23.09.2021. Since, the petitioner has not complied with the conditional order dated 23.09.2021, the same stands cancelled.
