This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10082 of in Crl.O.P.No.14931 of 2021 on 01.10.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
