This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12243 of 2022 on 15.06.2022 to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikkal, daily at 10.30 a.m., till the committal.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikkal, on all hearing dates.
