The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender before the Court pursuant to the order in Crl.O.P.No.14465 of dated 28.06.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4.The time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of ten days from today to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14465 of 2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
