ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents herein to survey/measure the petitioner's lands measuring 0-4.5 hectares, 0.-1.2 hectares 0-1.3 hectares in S.F. No 177/3A2, 3B1 and 3B2 lands measuring 0-13.5 hectares in S.F. No 177/4 situate at Vembanur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpet District by considering petitioner's two Applications dated 08.03.2024 in 2024/0123/35/001194 and 21.03.2024 in 2024/0123/35/001405.

2. The petitioner submitted applications on 08.03.2024 and 21.03.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, which are pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 08.03.2024 and 21.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
