Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari, to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in connection with the charge memo issued by the second respondent in his proceedings R.No.51788/PHC3/A1/2019-3, dated 08.07.2019, and quash the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner had died and even the notice taken by her was returned with postal endorsement ''deceased'' and, as such, she has no instructions in the matter.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, since it is stated that the petitioner has died, this Writ Petition is closed, as 'abated'. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.Nos.25493 and 25498 of 2019 are closed. 16.12.2025 dixit To:
