ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The issue is important - land allotted to the SC/ST community being transferred to the other parties, who may not be eligible. However, the petitioner has come with no facts to the Court and though we have issued directions from time to time where such illegalities are found, the petitioner must have responsibility in doing the ground work when she approaches the Court seeking redressal of the grievance. Where such transfers took place, she should have been pointed out, so that the Court could have issued directions to the respondents for necessary enquiry. But even this basic factual disclosure is not present and there is no purpose of academic and general directions.

2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands closed. No costs.
