This petition has been filed to modify the bail condition imposed in Para 7(b) by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9410 of 2023 dated 04.05.2023.

2. It is stated by the petitioner that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 11.07.2023 to 16.07.2023. It is also stated that the petitioner is having child and hence, she is unable to appear before the respondent/Police daily and hence, seeks modification of condition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition for modification, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent/Police as and when required.

4. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties.
