ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.04.2025, seeking bail in Crime No.184 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) of BNS [ Section 302 of IPC].

2. The case of the prosecution is that, due to previous enmity, Page No.1 of 3

petitioner murdered the defacto complainant's wife. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner is an innocent person and false case has been foisted against her. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
