Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took time on two occasions on 28.07.2023 and 11.08.2023 to file a petition to substitute the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner, till date no such petition has been filed. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that till date the legal representatives of the petitioner have not approached him. Therefore, the writ petition is closed with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to file appropriate application to restore the writ petition in future if they are entitled to so in law.
