This Court had already passed an order on 22.04.2021, clarifying certain issues that were raised in WMP No.9463 of 2021 in WP.No.21440 of 2015. The said clarification will equally apply to these two petitions also. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank submitted that the clarification order dated 22.04.2021 was acted upon and a circular was issued in Circular No.7 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021. The said circular was also placed before this Court. The statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent Bank and the circular dated 09.09.2021 are recorded. These petitions are disposed of in terms of clarification order passed by this Court on 22.04.2021.
