ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/contemnor submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, enquiry has been conducted. The District Educational Officer vide proceedings dated 26.09.2019 has directed the Director of Elementary School Education to close down the School, which is functioning without approval.

2. In view of the said proceedings, this Court is of the opinion that the order of this Court is complied with by the respondent though not within time. Hence, the contempt petition is closed.
