PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 439(1)(b) of CRPC and 528 of BNSS to modify the condition " Accordingly the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed of an immovable property worth Rs.25,00,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2023" imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6216 of 2023 dated 08.06.2023.

This petition is filed to to modify the condition " Accordingly the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed of an immovable property worth G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner had deposited original title deed of an immovable property worth Rs.25,00,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) belonging to the petitioner's brother, to the credit of Crime No.2 of 2023". Now the petitioner wants to exchange the said title deeds which stands in the name of the petitioner and his wife.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to exchange the title deeds which was already deposited by the petitioner by depositing the titled deeds stands in the name of the petitioner and his wife.
