ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to 1/4

conduct survey on petitioner's land situated in survey No.38/3, 38/4, 40/2 and 40/1 in Nagiyampatti Village, Gangavalli Taluk, Salem District based on the registered partition deed in Document No.620 of 2001 on the file of Sub Registrar Office, Thammampatti dated 07.05.2001 and online application in Challan No.20220505009894 dated 05.05.2022 to survey the land.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 05.05.2022 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 05.05.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation 2/4

on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
