ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct survey and subdivide the property admeasuring 3 acre 59 cents comprised in Sy.105/1b2 and the property admeasuring 1 acre and 19 cents comprised in Sy.No.105/2 situated at M.Thaadanoor Village, Salem Taluk and District by considering the petitioners application dated on 1.7.2024 in application no.2024 /0123/08/003453.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 01.07.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to them is dispensed with. 2/4

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 01.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, private respondents herein and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
