ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent to trace out and produce the detenu, by name, John Selvaraj, aged 55 years, father of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is not present.

3. The respondent, viz., The Inspector of Police, V-4, Rajamangalam Police Station, has produced the detenu and he has been enquired and ultimately found that he is the father of the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous. In fine, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed. Sd/- Asst. Registrar.
