Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.PRASANNA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASE on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner, who was arrested pursuant to the order passed by the Court on 27.04.2018 for the offences under Sections 120B r/w 419 and 511 r/w 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act in C.C.No.7 of 2007 on the file of the II Additional District Judge(CBI Cases), Coimbatore, seeks bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant/7th accused and the learned Special Public Prosecutor.

Considering the peculiar facts of this case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties and one should be the blood relative of the petitioner, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the II Additional District Judge(CBI Cases), Coimbatore.

(a)the sureties shall affix their photographs and left thumb impression in the surety bond and the Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar card or Bank pass book to ensure their identity.

(b)the petitioner shall not abscond and be available either in person or through counsel whenever the Crl.A.No.789 of 2017 is listed for hearing.
