This petition is filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorari calling for records relating to the award dated 6/5/2010 passed in ID 234/2005 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same. For Petitioner : Mr.J.J.James R1 : Court.

ORDER

In this writ petition, the petitioner/management and the respondent/workman have entered into a settlement under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act and the settlement arrived at has been produced before this Court.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act.
