It also is seen that this Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner imposed conditions by an order dated 30.01.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.18665 of 2016 that the petitioner shall deposit the original title deed in respect of the property situated at No.24, Chandran Nagar, Thiruneermalai Village, Pallavaram, Kancheepuram District registered at document No.5532 of 2017 to the credit of Crime No.17 of 2018 within a period of two weeks and on further conditions that the petitioner shall hand over the possession of the said property to the defacto complainant within a period of eight weeks from the date of execution of sureties. Accordingly the petitioner deposited the title deed to the credit of crime number and as far as the possession is concerned he moved this modification petition.
5. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the report filed by the first respondent Police and also submitted that the first respondent police completed the investigation and also filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of IPC as against six accused persons, in which the petitioner has been shown as one of the witnesses and the said case is now pending for taking cognizance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur.
