This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25309 of 2024, dated 28.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday and Friday at 06.30p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25309 of 2024, dated 28.11.2024 is relaxed.
