O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for not complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4320 of 2019 dated 15.02.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the order of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court dated 15.02.2019 made in W.P.No.4320 of 2019, the 1/4

Contempt Petition No.1292 of 2019 respondent had conducted an enquiry on 24.09.2019 and thereafter, passed an order in Na.Ka.No.15787/2019/F-1 dated 22.11.2019 rejecting the claim of the petitioner for some reasons. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 22.11.2019 passed by the respondent, before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also concurred with the statement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Considering the fact that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court dated 15.02.2019 made in W.P.No.4320 of 2019, the respondent is discharged from the contempt proceedings and consequently, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent dated 22.11.2019, before appropriate forum, in accordance with the provisions of law.
