ORDER

* This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Declaration to declare that the registrations made by the second respondent vide documents No:1936 of 2018, 3889 of 2018 and 2153 of 2021 produced by the fourth respondent with invalid Nontraceable Certificate vide C & O sheet No.356/17 dated 22.12.2017 and C.No:297/missing B4PS/2017 dated 24.12.2017 issued by the third respondent Police Station as null and void.

2. Heard, Dr.C.K.Syed Shaffi, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. The petitioner lodged complaint before the third respondent for cancellation of non-traceable certificate issued based on bogus complaint. The said representation cannot be considered by the third respondent since it is not an appealable order to cancel the same. Therefore, the writ petition is devoid of merits and liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
