RAGHAVAN, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE [FOR-R1] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and execute a bond under Section 88 of Cr.P.C. for a sum of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] without sureties to the satisfaction of the Magistrate, undertaking to appear before the trial Court, in the event of Crl.O.P.No.15201 of 2018 getting dismissed. Thereafter, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with.
