This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.507 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR and the fact that the FIR was registered in the year 2017, this Courts directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.507 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a charge sheet or a closure report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
