O.A.No.650 of 2023 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed to grant an order of ad interim injunction restraining the respondent from terminating the Time Share Agreement dated 19.10.1995.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing today, both the learned counsel would submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably and in this regard, they had filed the joint compromise memo dated 05.03.2024. Hence, they request this Court to dispose of this application in terms of the said joint compromise memo filed by the parties.

3. By recording the above submission, this application is disposed of in terms of the joint compromise memo dated 05.03.2024 and the said memo shall form part of this order.
