(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking to amend, i) the name of the petitioner as "Rakki @ Balaji" instead of Balaji (aka) Rokki Balaji and ii) the satisfaction Court as "Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri" instead of "Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri, in the order passed in Crl.O.P No.19035 of 2020 dated 10.12.2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that while filing the bail petition in Crl.O.P No.19035 of 2020, the name of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as "Rakki @ Balaji" instead of Balaji (aka) Rokki Balaji and the satisfaction Court as "Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri" instead of "Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ponneri" and therefore, the present petition has been filed seeking for amendment.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the document.

4. Accepting the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

6. Time granted by this Court to comply with the conditions imposed vide order dated 10.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.19035 of 2020 is extended for a period of two weeks from the date on which the amended copy of the order is made ready.
