This C.M.P. is filed to restore the above C.R.P. after setting aside the exparte order dated 28.04.2011.

2.Mr.R.Sunil Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent has no objection for allowing this petition.

3.In view of the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, this C.M.P. is ordered and C.R.P.(NPD)No.510 of 2009 is restored to file and list the matter on 15.11.2021.
