This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing for the respondent.

3.Today, Mr.A.Kanickai Raj, Spl. Sub Inspector of Police, J-9 Thuraipakkam Police Station, Chennai is present before this Court. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submitted that there is no petition/complaint against the petitioner herein. But, however, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.417 of 2018 against one Veeramani.
