ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking amendment of the names of the 1st petitioner as Manikandan @ Manivel instead of Manivel @ Manikandan, 2nd petitioner as Anbarasan @ Anbu instead of Anbu @ Anbarasan, 3rd petitioner as Kaviyarasan instead of Kabiyarasan and the 6th petitioner as Sunder @ Sundar instead of Sundar, as mentioned in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13784 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection to allowing this petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Further, a period of two weeks time is granted to comply with the conditions imposed in the said order, from the date of receipt of a 2/4
copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stand automatically cancelled without further reference to this Court.
4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the order dated 04.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13784 of 2026 and issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
