ORDER

This application is filed to permit the Applicants to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased 9th defendant as further defendants in C.S.No.248 of 2023.

2. Though notice has been served on the proposed parties and their names have also been printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the proposed respondents.

3. Mr.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 has no serious objection for the application being allowed.

4. Since the proposed parties are proper and necessary parties to the suit, This application is allowed.
