ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition to quash the FIR.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties 1 / 3
have settled the dispute among themselves.
3. On a reading of the FIR and on a perusal of records, it is seen that the case was registered under Sections 296(b), 326, 506(ii) and 307 of the IPC.
4. Though the present petition is filed for quashing the FIR, however, investigation is over and charge-sheet has also been filed and therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner, had become infructuous. Therefore, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
