This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act seeking extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce an arbitral award by another period of six months. 2.Mr.R.Thiagarajan, learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, has stated that the respondents will have no objection if time is extended for the Arbitrator to pronounce the arbitral award by another period of 12 months.
